Wire Pulling Grips
Wire pulling grips (also called cable pulling grips, or pork chops) are a must-have for any tower climber that is going to be working with guy wires. When choosing your cable grip, a few things to look for are construction (what type of metal is the grip made of), cable size minimums and maximums, jaw length, weight, and maximum safe load. When tensioning cables it is a key part of safety to ensure that the grip you are using can handle the requirements of the job.
