Safety LMS Capstan Hoist Training Course

This is a half day classroom course covering the use of Capstan units on communications sites. There are many different types and designs of Capstan hoists that will be covered in this class, along with their use and hazards associated with operating the various units. The intent of this course is to give each student the basic understanding to make good decisions while operating. This course combined with practical experience will help prevent accidents and create better operators. 

 A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of the written exam.  The Capstan certificate is valid for two years from the date of issue.
