The Neese 9100ET Air Tex Class 3 Hi-Vis Pants are waterproof, windproof, and breathable. They are made of polyester with a polyurethane coating. These pants feature silver 2 inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape around each leg and an elastic waist with two side slash openings. It also features take-up snaps on each cuff, is ANSI Class 3, and meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 Standards.
