Brady Lockout Tagout Padlock Labels (6 Pack)

Ten percent of serious accidents in various industries are a result from failing to properly control hazardous energy. When you have a proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety program in place, the practices and procedures safeguard workers from hazardous energy and safety accidents. OSHA's Lockout/Tagout fact sheet (PDF*) describes and provides information regarding the practices and procedures necessary to disable machinery & equipment in order to prevent the release of hazardous energy.  OSHA provides the standard for The Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout) (29 CFR 1910.147) for general industry and outlines measures for controlling different types of hazardous energy. 

Brady padlock labels are small enough for a padlock and provide adequate LOTO information for the lock where larger tags are not feasible for the location.  These adhesive labels come in a pack of six and are made in the U.S.A.  In each package, there are six additional reinforcing, clear adhesive strips that can be wrapped over the adhesive label for protection.
