The slim profile and ergonomic design make the 3M Speedglas Heavy-Duty Welding HelmetG5-01 is lightweight and easier to utilize in tight welding spaces with an airflow system. Complete G5-01 Helmet Assembly without a welding filter. It can be used to upgrade the existing 3M solution to the G5-01 welding helmet. Auto-darkening Filter (ADF) options include G5-01 and G5-01VC (and are sold separately). 9100 Series ADF's are not approved for use with the G5-01 Helmet. The big (104 x 170 mm), clear protective visor is curved, with excellent views up, down and peripherally. For more control over your comfort, the innovative G5-01 helmet airflow optimization system lets you direct the airflow to either your face, visor or somewhere in-between.
