The 3M Speedglass 65-01 1000 Assigned Protection Factor (APF) Kit includes Flame Retardant (FR) Neck Shroud and FR Large Head Cover. Both the Neck Shroud and Large Head Cover must be properly installed in order to meet 1000 APF. All other configurations of the 3M Speedglas Heavy-Duty Welding Helmet G5-01 will provide an APF of 25. Available as an accessory only, and does not come with the standard welding helmet assembly. Keep yourself safe and focused on work with this added protection.
